Pursuant to Section 106 of the Local Government Code of 1991 mandating each local government unit to prepare comprehensive multi-sectoral development plan to be initiated by its local development council and approved by its Sanggunian. On September 5 to 7, 2022, the Local Government Unit of Culasi is crafting their Executive-Legislative Agenda. The group is categorized into different development sectors to identify issues which will become the basis for the prioritization of Programs, Projects and Activities and also to identify legislative measures by the Sangguniang Bayan, this municipality.

The activity started by the Opening Message from PD Cherryl Tacda, DILG Provincial Director. The group successfully achieved and accomplished the activity for the formulation of Executive-Legislative Agenda and Capacity Development Formulation Workshop which was facilitated by Miss Juliana Cepe, Planning and Development Coordinator from the Antique Provincial Office, LGOO VI/MLGOO Melanie R. Vitudio and Mrs. Grace Nathalie N. Azarraga, LGOO VII-Cluster Head in Smallville21 Hotel, Iloilo City.
