On Monday, November 17, 2025, during the traditional flag raising ceremony of the Local Government Unit of Culasi, Mayor Joel Alpas Lomugdang in his message together with Vice Mayor Jose Jeffrey Y. Lomugdang reiterated their commitment to protect the people, especially the youth, through strong prevention programs, accessible rehabilitation services, and active community involvement in building a safer, healthier and drug free community.
