“From Highlands to Islands: Capturing Sustainable Transformation in Culasi” 
Showcase the breathtaking beauty of Culasi — from Mt. Madja-as to our islands, seas, farms, waterfalls, heritage sites, and vibrant communities — while telling stories of sustainability and positive change. 
Important Dates:
Submission of Entries: Sept. 1–17, 2025 (5PM deadline) Final Judging & Winners: Sept. 24, 2025
Prizes:
Grand Winner – ₱3,000 + Certificate & Plaque
1st Runner-Up – ₱2,000 + Certificate
2nd Runner-Up – ₱1,000 + Certificate

Who Can Join?
Residents of Culasi, Antique (18 years old & above, amateur or professional) Minors are allowed but with Signed Parental Consent Up to 2 entries per participant DSLR, Mirrorless, or Mobile Cameras allowed (no drone shots) Photo Guidelines: Landscape, colored JPEG only (no sepia/black & white) Min. 3000px on the long side, 300ppi No watermarks, timestamps, or heavy editing Must include photo title, caption (max 50 words), location & dateYou may download and edit the Parental Consent Form here: https://tinyurl.com/bddpk7um
